{"id":3786,"date":"2016-07-25T16:53:40","date_gmt":"2016-07-25T16:53:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev.lnetdev.uk\/thevra2026\/?p=3786"},"modified":"2016-07-25T16:53:40","modified_gmt":"2016-07-25T16:53:40","slug":"aston-barclay-appoints-new-group-systems-manager-coordinate-digital-services","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.lnetdev.uk\/thevra2026\/aston-barclay-appoints-new-group-systems-manager-coordinate-digital-services\/","title":{"rendered":"Aston Barclay appoints new Group Systems Manager to coordinate all digital services"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/dev.lnetdev.uk\/thevra2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/David-Case.jpg\" class=\"broken_link\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-3787\" src=\"https:\/\/dev.lnetdev.uk\/thevra2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/David-Case-238x300.jpg\" alt=\"David Case\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Aston Barclay has appointed David Case as its Group Systems Manager in a newly-created role, which will allow the Group to streamline the future development of digital services.<\/p>\n<p>Following the introduction of a new core operational system that runs all internal and external customer supplier systems, David will manage and co-ordinate the ongoing development of Aston Barclay\u2019s IT operations.<\/p>\n<p>This includes the recently-relaunched website, LIVE online bidding service, the all-new inspection app developed with cap hpi and the enhanced infrastructure to handle increasing amounts of data and all third-party processes with existing software.<\/p>\n<p>An expert in system development and implementation, David brings over 15 years of experience in the automotive sector \u2013 including work with fleets, OEMs and dealer groups \u2013 alongside stints in the insurance and technology industries.<\/p>\n<p>Because every element of Aston Barclay\u2019s online services are flexible and can be tailored to the varied needs of the client base, David will work closely with stakeholders to develop bespoke programmes, integrations and services, as well as help direct the development of new digital products.<\/p>\n<p>The appointment demonstrates Aston Barclay\u2019s commitment to enhancing and developing both its in-house systems and customer-facing platforms, maintaining seamless running of all digital infrastructure and ensuring customers continue to receive an efficient, uninterrupted service at all times.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are delighted to welcome David to the team.
