The interest lies more in the downgrading of the economic outlook for the rest of the decade. There is certainly no cause for major concern \u2013 the OBR is looking at growth of more than 2.0% every year until 2020 \u2013 but it is a reminder that while the economy is doing well, it remains potentially vulnerable, especially to wider trends in the world economy.
