{"id":2973,"date":"2016-01-14T13:12:46","date_gmt":"2016-01-14T13:12:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev.lnetdev.uk\/thevra2026\/?p=2973"},"modified":"2016-01-14T13:12:46","modified_gmt":"2016-01-14T13:12:46","slug":"cargiant-signs-solus-deal-aston-barclay","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.lnetdev.uk\/thevra2026\/cargiant-signs-solus-deal-aston-barclay\/","title":{"rendered":"Cargiant signs solus deal with Aston Barclay"},"content":{"rendered":"<div data-ads-body-copy=\"true\" data-ads-first=\"3\" data-ads-every=\"3\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aston Barclay has secured an exclusive agreement with Cargiant, which will see its Chelmsford site handle all of Cargiant\u2019s part exchanges throughout 2016.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The solus contract builds on a 10-year relationship and\u00a0 is a first for the west London-based used car supermarket, with more than 10,000 Cargiant vehicles appearing across both the Monday evening and Wednesday sales programme during 2016.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cargiant will use Aston Barclay\u2019s main auction centre, which includes renovated auction halls and full inspection, repair and appraisal areas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It will also have access to cloud-based reporting through Aston Barclay\u2019s Inventory Management System (IMS).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Trade buyers will have access to Cargiant stock via Aston Barclay\u2019s Live online service as usual, allowing them to bid on physical sales in real-time if they are unable to attend an auction.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adrian Dunbar, branch manager at Aston Barclay Chelmsford, said: \u201cThis is an exciting and challenging opportunity for us; we have successfully grown the reputation of Cargiant used stock in the marketplace.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A spokesman for Cargiant said: \u201cAston Barclay\u2019s complete remarketing solution made it an obvious choice, having delivered exceptional service and performance when dealing with our vehicles over the last 10 years.
