Keynote speakers from the Bank of England (BoE) and the Government\u2019s Office for Zero Emissions Vehicles (OZEV) have been named for the Vehicle Remarketing Association\u2019s (VRA) 2024 Seminar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Graeme Chaplin, the BoE\u2019s agent for the West Midlands, will present on the UK\u2019s economic outlook for next year, while Abdul Chowdhury, head of vehicle policy at OZEV, look at the latest developments in the EV regulatory framework.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Other speakers include John O’Hanlon, CEO of Waylands Group, who examines how dealers are fighting to maintain margins, maximise profits and deal with new manufacturer approaches to dealership relationships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The overall theme of the seminar is\u201c2024: The Year Ahead in Remarketing\u201d and it will take place on Tuesday 21st<\/sup> November at The Slate, Warwick University, examining a wide range of current and new issues affecting the sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Philip Nothard, chair at the VRA, said: \u201cWe\u2019re very pleased to be able to announce this year\u2019s Seminar with two such high profile speakers.
